Christel Bezou is the co-founder of the virtual recruitment platform Nomad Now. The company hires professional permanent and flexible staff through an online platform.[1]
History
Bezou completed a Business and Business Management Graduate Diploma at the Association of Business Executives in London. She obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Leadership Development at the University of Stellenbosch. At GIBS Business School, Bezou completed her Master of Business Administration.[2]
In 2010, Bezou joined Paton Training, the training division of Paton Personnel as the COO. Paton Personnel is a recruitment, training and talent agency through which Nomad Now is funded. Bezou then moved to CNBC Africa, as the Head of Department in media training in 2014. The next year she worked as a Business Development Manager at FNB. In 2016, Bezou co-founded Nomad Now with Ross Paton. She currently works as Digital Product Lead at Mastercard from 2018.[3]
Achievements
In 2019, Bezou completed a certificate in Introduction to Blockchain Technologies from Insead.[4]
In the same year, she completed a certificate based on Digital Transformation from the University of Virginia.[5]
In 2020, Bezou gained a certificate in AI for Everyone from Deeplearning.ai.[6]
