Fred Swaniker is the co-founder of the African Leadership Academy (ALA) in Johannesburg, South Africa. Swaniker has founded the African Leadership Network, Global Leadership Adventures, and the African Leadership University. Tayo Oviosu is the founder and CEO of Paga; a Lagos-based FinTech startup founded in 2009. Paga enables its users to send, receive and pay bills using its mobile platforms. Dr Aisha Pandor is the co-founder and current CEO of SweepSouth; a South African based online platform for booking and managing cleaning services. SweepSouth became the first to offer such a service on the continent.
