Marwan Kenawy is the Co-Founder and CEO at Dsquares and has occupied this position since September 2012.[1] Dsquares is an end-to-end loyalty and rewards solutions company that designs unique and customized programmes to manage programme operations, generate analytical reports and offer support across project phases.[2]


Kenawy completed his Bachelor’s degree in 2000[3] from Deutsche Evangelische Oberschule (DEO),[4] an exclusive German school in Egypt.[5]

Kenawy received his Business of Administration degree from the University of Brunswick in 2004.[6] He then completed his International Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Cambridge College which he started in 2006.[7]


He was the Co-Founder of Inspectorate - SkyHopes for Training and Development, a position he occupied from April 2003 to April 2006. The following month, he became a Channel Marketing Senior Specialist until March the following year for Vodafone Egypt. He then became the Post-Paid Segment Leader for the company from March 2007 until April 2008. Following this, he assumed his position as Commercial Strategy and Planning Team Leader until September 2008. He then became the Mobile Internet and Smartphones Marketing Manager for Vodafone Egypt until September 2012.

Kenway has been the co-founder of Lucky since January 2019 and an entrepreneur for Endeavor since March 2019.[8] Lucky is a mobile app that offers online and in-store discounts, cashback and mobile recharge [9] and Endeavor is a leading community of high-impact entrepreneurs.[10]

Awards and Achievements

Kenawy was selected to join the Global Endeavor network, allowing him to gain access to various support services and scale his business. The organisation aims to increase long-term economic growth and supports entrepreneurs that have passed through the startup phase and indicate the potential for rapid expansion and scale.[11] This network is specifically dedicated to High Impact Entrepreneurs.[12]
